Free Services for Women

New England Women's Centers connects you to locations that provide affordable or free pregnancy and sexual health services for women in Vermont and New Hampshire. Locations may provide additional services other than those listed on this site. For information on other pregnancy and support services, please contact a location near you for more information on services, costs, referrals, and if telehealth services or phone consultations are available. 

Reproductive Health & Pregnancy Services

  • Lab-quality pregnancy tests (performed at the center)

  • Pregnancy verification services via ultrasound

  • Pregnancy health information and resources

  • Medical consultations on abortion including at home abortion (abortion pills by mail), abortion procedures and types, and the options available to you

  • Pregnancy support services and education

  • After abortion care and recovery

Sexual Health Services

  • STD testing and treatment

  • Sexual health education

  • Referrals for additional free or low-cost services

*Sexual health services vary by eligibility and location. Some locations require a small fee for STD testing and treatment.*

Confidential Services at No Cost to You

Aspire Now does not offer or refer for pregnancy terminations or birth control. Information is provided as an educational service. Even if an abortion has already begun, give us a call. We can still help you talk through your options and give you information on abortion pill reversal protocols if you choose to continue your pregnancy. No one should take away your reproductive choices.​
